I started this blog after I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease. After struggling to adjust to a mandatory gluten free diet, I wanted to create a resource for others trying to learn their way around this gluten filled world.

Here is a microwavable cup version of Annie's famous rice based, gluten free mac and cheese. This is a great item to store in your pantry, pack for a lunch, and to serve to kids.

The heating instructions are simple as well. Pull off the top, remove the cheese packaging, fill the container to the fill line, and microwave for two minutes. Once done, add the cheese, stir well, and let it cool off for a few minutes.

Enjoy this mac and cheese option when you are in a crunch for time!
